Public School Spending
Our students go to school for 180 days a year. Compare that to 240 days in Japan and Germany. Now you tell me that California spends half as much per student as does New Jersey. No matter what Gov. Pete Wilson says, no amount of bureaucratic micro-management can overcome those numbers.
