Primark to Buy Datastream International: Primark Corp. agreed to buy Datastream International Ltd., a financial information services concern, from Dun & Bradstreet Corp. for $191 million in cash and notes. The move completes Primark’s restructuring, which began in 1988, Chairman Joseph Kasputys said. The McLean, Va.-based technical research and information services company discontinued its transportation services operations in the second quarter. Datastream, based in London, had $94.6 million in revenue for the year ending Nov. 30, 1991, and “excellent margins,” Primark said.
