Offensive tackle Tony Boselli, an All-Pacific 10 Conference selection as a freshman last season, suffered a strained right knee during USC’s morning practice at UC Irvine and is expected to be sidelined for seven to 10 days.
He will be replaced in the starting lineup by junior Len Gorecki.
Also, Conrad Coleman, a freshman tailback from Bradley, Ill., underwent reconstructive knee surgery and probably will not play this season.
