Walter H. Morris Jr. has been named executive vice president and chief lending officer of Glendale-based Fidelity Federal Bank.

Prior to this appointment, Morris was president and chief executive of First Interstate Mortgage Co., the principal residential mortgage banking subsidiary of First Interstate Bank, Los Angeles.
