Comings & Goings: Paul Sorvino is leaving and Jerry Orbach is joining the cast of NBC’s “Law and Order.” Sorvino, who wants to pursue his singing career and has an album coming out in October, had asked producers to limit his shooting time in order to save his vocal chords, but apparently the situation could not be resolved. . . . Bob Donley, a news anchor on the CBS affiliate in Las Vegas, will join KTTV Channel 11 on Sept. 7. He’ll be a reporter assigned to the Inland Empire. The move marks a return to Southern California for Donley, who previously toiled at KNXT (now KCBS) and KGTV in San Diego.
