TAKING IT PERSONAL? Some vandal singled out County Board of Supervisors Chairman Roger R. Stanton’s photo to spray-paint black in a gallery of supervisors’ pictures in the Hall of Administration lobby Thursday. Coincidental? . . . The day before, Stanton was the lone opponent of a new county work schedule giving many employees every other Friday off. Says Stanton: “My dad always told me that people with guts don’t get upset at people that don’t have any. I’m too busy to worry about some shadow in the night.”
