BANGKOK, Thailand — Vietnam is catching the surfing wave, with help from U.S. surfers.
A delegation of U.S. surfing and beach management experts visiting Vietnam promised to help it finance and organize an international surfing competition in December, the official Vietnam News Agency reported Monday.
