Trial Set in Pupil Murders

GAINESVILLE, Fla. —
A judge has set a Sept. 1, 1993, trial date for the man accused in the 1990 murders of five Gainesville college students. Danny Harold Rolling, 37, is being held at the Florida State Hospital at Chattahoochee after an attempted suicide in prison. He was indicted in November, 1991, and pleaded innocent.
