Just Dial WILLARD: NBC News is getting into the weather information business. Starting Tuesday, NBC’s Weatherline will provide daily 24-hour global weather information to callers who dial (900) WILLARD (named for “Today” show weatherman Willard Scott). Calls cost 95 cents a minute and average two minutes. NBC will donate its proceeds to charity.
