Koll Acquisition: Koll Management Services of Newport Beach said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Swearingen Management Co. in Dallas. The acquisition will double the amount of office and industrial space that Koll manages in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma, the company said. Terms of the deal for the additional 4.2 million square feet of space were not disclosed. Koll already manages more than 500 buildings in the United States.
