Notre Dame Fans Wonder About News
Your letter, published Aug. 29, with the sarcastic headline “How Could Notre Dame Do Anything Wrong?” was unfair. The letter was pro Notre Dame and expressed the feelings of Irish fans.
Penn State and Miami have substantial and documented charges brought against their football players and there is no front page exposure by The Times. Notre Dame declared Demetrius DuBose ineligible, not the NCAA.
I won’t even bring up the accusations, abuses, criminal activities and convictions of a local team that The Times pampers and protects.
Notre Dame fans have the “Blue and Gold” publication for our Notre Dame coverage. Our opponents have the Los Angeles Times.
