Pico Products Will Sell Circuit Board Division

Pico Products Inc., a Lake View Terrace maker of pay-television security devices and related equipment, said it agreed to sell the manufacturing assets of its printed circuit board division to Syrtek Inc.
The purchase price was not disclosed, but the division accounts for less than 10% of Pico Products’ sales, which totaled $18.2 million in its fiscal year ended July 31, 1991.
Syrtek is a unit of Goguen Industries of Liverpool, N.Y. Pico said the sale would allow the company to focus on its core business of providing pay-TV security components.
