A Not-So-Grand Entrance: Just after Jay Leno introduced Mary Tyler Moore as his first guest on “The Tonight Show” Tuesday, the Emmy Award-winning actress tripped on the step up to the interview area and fell to her knees. “I guess I’ve made it on the anniversary show,” quipped Moore, who was embarrassed but not hurt. After a commercial break, Leno reintroduced her and she made another entrance, this time without falling. Leno proclaimed: “This is an inspiration to young guests everywhere!”
