EVEN CLEANER: Some won’t have time for the beach: They’ll be busy painting over graffiti on buildings and at city parks. The county Bar Assn.’s Shortstop juvenile diversion program, the organizer, has 200 volunteers so far. . . . They’ll clean up in Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Anaheim, Cypress, Placentia, Irvine, Fullerton, Lake Forest and Buena Park. Officials hope to turn it into an annual graffiti cleanup day.
