A Republican Backs Clinton

Johnson overlooked some vital information that voters need to make an informed choice. He failed to state that he is not an unbiased observer; in fact he is an active participant in the Clinton campaign as a Republican for Clinton.
Secondly, Johnson failed to correctly identify the problem with the economy. The Democratic-controlled Congress is responsible for the continued deficit spending. Bush does not have a line-item veto. Without this tool and facing liberal, free-spending Democrats, Bush is unable to cut the fat out of pork-barrel, special-interest legislation that congressmen and senators pass to please their constituents.
Johnson also stated that Clinton will only raise taxes on the top 2% of taxpayers. The Democrats don’t understand. If you continue to tax the rich to support the larger based middle class and poor, the rich will no longer have the money to invest in business. Then the middle class and poor will not have jobs.
More importantly, Johnson failed to remind the voters that Bush ended the Cold War. Children can grow up without the threat of nuclear war hanging over their heads. We have the freedom, thanks to Bush, to focus our energies on industries other than defense.
