OPEC Ministers Say Crude Prices Are Reasonable: Several OPEC ministers expressed satisfaction with the current level of oil prices, suggesting that the cartel won’t try to drive prices sharply higher in the winter months. Saudi Arabia’s influential minister, Hisham Nazir, touched off speculation about the cartel’s plans by saying prices were “all right.” Nazir, whose country is the world’s largest crude exporter, is closely watched for any signs of policy changes by the 13-nation Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. OPEC ministers meet today in Geneva to discuss pricing levels. Iran’s minister, price-hawk Gholamreza Aghazadeh, gave no clues about his position.
