Don Michael Paul, a Newport Beach native who attended Cal State Fullerton, wrote and co-produced last year’s “Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man.” Now Paul goes in front of the camera. . . . He’s one of three stars on CBS’s new “The Hat Squad,” a cop show which premieres with a 90-minute episode at 8 tonight.
