Downey Column on Rape Should Be Lesson for All

I must admit I am not a fan of Mike Downey, but his column (Sept. 12) “There Is No Margin for Error,” should be reprinted in every newspaper in the United States. It is a no-punches-pulled, no-holds-barred commentary that hit the bull’s-eye straight on.

Until such time as these “subhumans,” as he so correctly portrays them, stand accused in a court of law, they should be made to listen to every word he has written via cassette 10 times a day until it plays continuously on their subconscious. Bravo, Mike!
