Tom Dixon has been appointed national contracting specialist for LifeLink, a managed behavioral health-care company and a subsidiary of Cypress-based PacifiCare Health Systems. He was previously responsible for building a network of mental health and substance abuse providers for Blue Shield of California, Managed Health Network and Help Net.
