William F. Coffin, an investor relations consultant, has been appointed to the board of directors of Security Environmental Systems, a biomedical and hazardous waste disposal company in Garden Grove. The appointment fills a vacancy created by the resignation of Jonathan Grossman, former treasurer and director. Coffin is the managing director of the Financial Relations Board/Los Angeles. He is also president of William F. Coffin Corp., a merchant banking firm.
