Keith Millard, 30, a two-time Pro Bowl tackle, signed as a free agent with the Green Bay Packers. Minnesota traded the seven-year veteran to Seattle on April 25 for a 1992 second-round draft pick and future considerations, but the Seahawks waived Millard on Sept. 17.
Millard has had two major surgeries on his right knee in the past two years. He spent last season on injured reserve.
