The prospects for new business development are weak because government is not in tune with the needs of business. Entrepreneurs also need more help from banks and better schools.

Government representatives have abused their power. They think business will continue to cover increased government spending. We need to make our representatives--from Los Angeles to Sacramento to Washington--more accountable.

Also, banks have to provide more financing to small business. Small business generates the most employment in this country. If banks want more depositors, they have to help small business.

In addition, we need to improve our school system. The Los Angeles Unified School District is top-heavy.

Finally, we need a moratorium on foreign aid, because we need to use more of our resources to help our people and strengthen the economy.
