Washington State Coach Mike Price, concerned that his team might not be ready to play Temple, needn’t have worried, as Shaumbe Wright-Fair rushed for four touchdowns Saturday in a 51-10 victory over the Owls.

“A sign of a good team is beating teams you are supposed to beat,” Price said. “We were supposed to beat Temple and we did.”

Cougar quarterback Drew Bledsoe completed 16 of 21 passes for 214 yards, including a 34-yard touchdown to C.J. Davis, before yielding to substitutes for the third quarter.
