‘Tonight’ Is Not Write
Firing Helen Kushnick (L.A. Times, Sept. 23) won’t help “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” (NBC), but getting better writers will. Leno’s monologues are all the same and the comedy bits are dull, when there any at all.
