OIL STILL STICKS: Developers used to dominate the Orange County contingent included on Forbes magazine’s list of the nation’s 400 richest people. But with shrinking real estate values, family money appears a bit more stable. Two heirs to the Getty oil fortune, Anne Catherine Getty Earhart, 40, and Claire Eugenia Getty Perry, 38, both from Laguna Beach, are on the Forbes list at $380 million each (D1). Dropping off the list are local developers William Lyon ($350 million last year) and George Argyros ($290 million last year). Neither made this year’s cutoff of $265 million.
