REMEMBERING WAR: Some 100 Japanese-Americans from Orange County will be among those reuniting today for a memorial service at the old internment camp in Poston, Ariz. . . . The Spartan desert camp held 19,000 Americans of Japanese descent--including more than 1,800 from here--during World War II. Says an organizer, Kei Higashi: “People want to see Poston again for the sake of memory, even though there is almost nothing left of the camp there.”
