* Kristy Masoner has been promoted to area director for Wet Seal, the Irvine-based women’s apparel retailer. Masoner, who joined the company in January, had been regional director of stores. In her new position, she will oversee district managers, district directors and regional directors for stores in Southern and Central California, Washington and Arizona.
