Bergen May Sell Part of Durr: Drug distributor Bergen Brunswig Corp. said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that it may sell part of Durr-Fillauer Medical Inc., which Orange-based Bergen recently acquired after a takeover fight.

Analysts had said that Bergen would likely sell its medical- and surgical-supplies business and its orthotics business, which makes devices to strengthen limbs. Selling them would leave Durr-Fillauer a drug distributor, like Orange-based Bergen Brunswig. It would also help recoup part of the $470 million that Bergen paid for Alabama-based Durr-Fillauer.
