News Answer Is Wrong
The Times’ Sept. 26 News Challenge contained a trick question that should have had a “none of the above” answer regarding the area receiving Bouquet Reservoir water. The question asking the reason for a reservoir problem that caused Santa Clarita Valley residents’ concern should have read “San Fernando Valley residents” since the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power does not serve water to the Santa Clarita Valley.
