Tuition Fees for Alien Students

These two have totally lost touch with reality. At a time when education and associated costs are in crisis to argue that foreign-born people have a right to the same educational benefits that citizens have is ludicrous.
To suggest that because past immigrants have labored here somehow entitles new immigrants to some benefit is a leap of logic that is impossible to grasp.
Most of us have always known that when you go to foreign shores or other states you should be prepared to pay the going rate for their educational institutions. It’s not a new idea and it’s fair.
Further, to make this a Latino issue is a deliberate provocation and unnecessarily divisive at a point in time when there are already many important issues facing us.
