Coldwell Banker Unit Names VP

William S. Hoffenberg has been appointed vice president, finance, for Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates in Mission Viejo. Before joining the company, he was an independent real estate finance consultant and before that he was manager of project finance for the Baldwin Co. in Newport Beach.
