SAN FERNANDO : Cutbacks in Library Service to Begin

Cutbacks in service hours due to budget shortfalls will begin Monday for the Los Angeles County library branch in San Fernando, according to county officials.
The library branch, at 1050 Library St., will close Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays and will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
