LOS ALAMITOS : Panel Endorses 3 for School Board
The Los Alamitos Education Assn. Political Action Committee has endorsed two incumbents and one challenger for the three open seats in the Los Alamitos Unified School District Board of Education election on Nov. 3.
Jan Baker, the association president, said they have decided to endorse incumbents Virginia Wilson and Donna Artukovic and newcomer Del Clark after interviewing the three candidates.
Baker said all three will receive California Teachers Assn. and Teachers United funds for their individual campaigns.
Another incumbent, Arthur Genet, is running for reelection. The other candidate is Ray LeCompte.
