A teen-age boy admitted to killing two people, including Fresno State football star Melvin Johnson. Arthur Eric Phelps pleaded guilty to second-degree murder of Johnson and first-degree murder of Lisa Kelley in January. Sentencing was scheduled for Nov. 13.
