PenUltimate Inc. Names New Executive Vice President

Bill D. Whitman has joined Marine National Bank as first vice president of the Newport Center office. Whitman had managed the Security Pacific private banking office in Costa Mesa until retiring in 1990. For 18 years prior to that, he was vice president/manager of Security Pacific’s Newport Center branch.
