Education Spending

Stanley K. Sheinbaum’s sanctimonious comments (“Adult Selfishness,” Platform, Oct. 13) about education spending reek of elitist dogma. The problem with our educational system isn’t how much is spent but how it is spent. The claims Sheinbaum and his liberal cronies lay to moral superiority are an offense to the parents and taxpayers of this country.
