Technology Marketing Inc.: The Irvine electronic test equipment and software company said it lost $83,661, or 3 cents a share, for its second fiscal quarter, which ended Aug. 31. That contrasted with a profit of $87,139, or 3 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue dropped 33% to $1.2 million from $1.8 million. For the first half of fiscal 1993, the company lost $200,968, or 6 cents a share, on revenue of $1.9 million. For the same period last year, it reported a profit of $168,332, or 5 cents a share, on revenue of $3.7 million.
