Drunk-Driving Checks Set for 2 Locations
The Inglewood Police Department plans to conduct drunk-driving checkpoints Friday night at two locations, officials have announced.
Using equipment bought jointly by the city, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the California Office of Traffic Safety, Inglewood officers will begin checking for drunk drivers about 6:30 p.m. near Crenshaw Boulevard and 110th Street. The operation will move to Century Boulevard and Eucalyptus Avenue before its conclusion about 1 a.m.
