Letter, Area & Issue:
A. County of San Diego: Half-cent sales tax for justice-related facilities, law enforcement and crime prevention. (Requires two-thirds)
B. County of San Diego: Charter Amendment. “Just Say No” amendment to charter limitingthe validity of any proposed charter amendments imposing mandatory costs.
C. County of San Diego: Charter Amendment. Initiative. Provides for minimum staffing for San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
D. City of San Diego: Requires City Council approval of SDG&E; and other franchise transfers.
E. City of San Diego: Charter Amendment. Change City Council elections to even-numbered years, beginning in 1996.
F. City of San Diego: Charter Amendment. Procedures for streets and roads through dedicated public parks.
G. City of San Diego: Charter Amendment. Change San Diego Unified School District elections to “district only.”
H. City of San Diego: Increase the number of seats on the San Diego Unified School District Board from 5 to 7, beginning in 1994.

S. City of Poway: Procedures for an asphalt plant in the South Poway Planned Community.
T. City of San Marcos: Advisory vote only. Should regular elections be held in November,even years, or June, even-years?
U. Rural Fire Protection Dist.: Special tax for fire and emergency services. Voters of entire district will vote on this proposition. (requires two-thirds)
V. Rural Fire Protection Dist.: Special tax for fire and emergency services. Voters of Lake Morena area only vote on this proposition.
W. Rincon Ranch Community Services District: Special tax for road maintenance. (requires two-thirds)
X. Valley Center Union School District: $6.2-million bond for 50% of the cost of building a middle school. (requires two-thirds)
Y. National City Unified School Dist. (proposed): Creation of new school district.
Z. South Bay Unified School Dist. (proposed): Creation of new school district.
AA. Fallbrook Union High School District: $11.8-million bond for school improvements to build and purchase school buildings. (requires two-thirds)
