Proposition 167
Prop. 167 is not just about snacks: It’s about real bread and butter for vital state programs. This proposition cuts taxes that hurt poor and middle-class people. It raises taxes on the wealthy and on large corporations.
Prop. 167 enacts some reforms for Californians that candidates have been clamoring for on the national level. It encourages businesses to keep jobs in California, not to move them offshore.
Prop. 167 is well-considered, much-needed tax reform.
