Crediting the Proper Server

As creator and owner of “Film Food,” I am writing in regard to your “Catering in Hollywood” article (TV Times, Oct. 4).

To my great amusement it appears that Mr. (Ron) Greenwood implied that he was responsible for the prop food on the miniseries “People Like Us.” To set the record straight, Mr. Greenwood hired my company to supervise and coordinate the prop food for the show, including using my contact with Patina who so graciously lent us their talents for the one Beef Wellington scene that you had referred.

We congratulate Mr. Greenwood on his newly formed company (Scene Cuisine).
