Proliferation of Handguns in U.S.
In the next to last paragraph of his article, Schulman stated: “Firearms carried by responsible, competent civilians present no danger to the public.”
All in the world the Brady Bill tries to do is determine if the gun purchaser is a “responsible, competent civilian.”
It is too bad that this logic escapes the NRA.
