A BORDERLINE CALL

If Mexico is now so prosperous (“Los Yuppies,” by Lydia Chavez, Oct. 4), why doesn’t it keep home its emigrants, who are draining our country dry through abuse of our social services and facilities?

Are we playing the fool? Illegals are just that--illegal.
