Ambush!

Like an anaconda dropping out of the trees, there it was: Esa-Pekka Salonen’s opinion of Dan Quayle. Not to mention the National Endowment for the Arts, George Bush and the breakdown of the American system with all its social problems.

Give me a break. The political rantings of a conductor come under the heading of “things I didn’t want to know” or “things I wish I hadn’t seen.”
