Controversial Hiss Case
Hiss should be pardoned at once! At age 87, he hasn’t too much time left.
I would believe the stated findings of Gen. Dmitri Volkogonov before the evidence of such “stalwarts” as J. Edgar Hoover, Whittaker Chambers, and oh yes, Richard Nixon.
I can just see the United States making our military intelligence archives available to Allen Weinstein.
If you are still of the opinion (your editorial) that Hiss was not framed, then you must be enthralled with the phony accusations and diatribes of the Dornans, Gingrichs, et al.
