World IN BRIEF : LEBANON : Israel Pulls Back Troops, Artillery

Israel pulled troops, artillery and ammunition trucks out of south Lebanon, but enough firepower remained to strike pro-Iranian guerrillas. Witnesses said armored troop carriers, artillery guns and ammunition trucks that arrived last week left the eastern part of Israel’s “security zone” in the south.
