The trial of former Cincinnati Reds employee, Tim Sabo, who alleged he was illegally fired is bypassing an entry-level court and proceeding to a state appeals court. After Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Fred Cartolano dismissed some of the charges in Sabo’s suit. Sabo says that he was fired lawyers for both sides agreed to dismiss the remainder of the case. Sabo’s attorneys said they will appeal.
