ROSS WON’T RAP: Assemblyman Ross Johnson (R-Fullerton) wasn’t impressed with a recent Wayne State University study that said country-Western music lovers are more apt to commit suicide. “There are days when Hank Williams makes life worth living,” says Johnson, one of the Legislature’s biggest C-W fans. . . . But Johnson quickly adds: “I tell you what: I’d cut my throat if I had to listen to rap.”
