Salvation Army Bell Ringer Arrested in Drug Case

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. —
A Salvation Army bell ringer collecting money for Christmas was arrested for allegedly selling marijuana to high school students, police say. Authorities spotted the 24-year-old Milwaukee man selling a small amount of the drug to a 14-year-old on Friday.
