Chambers Lane Auto Center Is Purchased
An unidentified investor has purchased the Chambers Lane Auto Center in Simi Valley for $2.15 million. The 3.2-acre auto repair center has 14 tenants.
One of the brokers in the deal, Mike Crocker of Don L. Carlton Realtors in Ventura, said the seller was Donald G. Scanlin Enterprises of Ojai.
